If you’re not totally satisfied with your Ozey purchase you can return new and unopened accessories products within 3 days, together with your proof of purchase, for a full refund.
For the furniture’s (beds, wardrobes and drawers), the customer can return them even if they were opened or installed. But the customer is responsible to return it packed as it was with no damage.
The customer can return all the products, except the personal designs.
Regarding shipping cost, if the case is a manufacturing issue, Ozey handles the fees. If it is related to the customer, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
